I had a Pergola and a deck added on last August/September, 2015 and it is falling apart. I need some of the work redone, more added and I believe some areas should be torn out and redone.
This has to be done soon, please.
The grape vines have to be arranged up the Pergola when the weather’s nice and ‘before’ the buds come out.
I am not rich but I paid the last, umm, person $80.00/hour and I bought ALL the supplies.
