  1. I like your thinking! In any highly competitive business, breaking the rules can help you break out of conventional barriers to find new ground. I like the constant “Survival of the Fittest” in Formula 1 racing. Teams with 300 engineers focus their brains to overcome technical challenges with a single goal in mind – To WIN the Race. Imagine what we can do with a team of 300 Green Building Contractors. State of the Art HVAC systems like Combined Heat and Power create electricity while burning biomass (wood pellets). Soon, all home biomass from pizza boxes to dryer link will be converted to energy and the biochar residue sequestered on-site. This is Micro Carbon Capture and Sequestration, reversing the 8 tonnnes of carbon produced by each home each year. Can you imagine NOT producing 80 x 100lb yard waste bags of tar-sand sludge? “Owning the Podium” and winning Green Gold can’t be possible with fly-by-night contractors with the profit at all costs mentality of working for cash under the table. The possibilities for high profits AND high performance (going beyond minimum code requirements) is a much bigger challenge the leading contractors are facing head-on!
