For years now, a company named Decorenza has been serving a dozen or so tract home builders in the GTA by providing a retail space where they can bring their clients to chose all the finishes and finish products for their new homes. The value of the space is that the builders no longer had to build and supply expensive showrooms on every tract home site they owned. In fact, they can share the cost of one showroom with the other home builders using the service. Docorenza is now doing the same thing for renovators.
