Another Rule of 3 entry

Ben Kuypers points out that you are either Building and Managing or Blaming. You want to do more of the first two.

We are running a “Rule of 3” contest in which contractors who post three things they make sure they do, every day, will be entered in a draw to win a Festool cordless carpenter’s saw.

Here’s a humorous (and TRUE) entry from Ben Kuypers, Kuypers Design Group…

Ben wrote…

Each day you are either (1) ‘Building’ (marketing, calling, following up) and  (2) ‘Managing’ (doing your site visits, scheduling, paperwork). Or if you are not, you doing (3)‘Blaming’ (making excuses why you were not doing 1 & 2).
