“I was in the plumbing service field for a long time. I started with one truck and ended with four. Most of our work was service and most of it was time and material work not flat rate. I looked at that option more than one time but it never made sense to me. I guess I’m not that smart but after 23 years of working the time and material way I’ve been able to basically retire. Just treat everyone fairly do what you said you would do. It’s really the only way.”
