Stanley Black and Decker Canada take part in Habitat for Humanity Builds

Mississauga, On. (August 7, 2019) – SBD Canada employees are donating their time and talents to work on Habitat for Humanity Build Days in Montreal on August 22 after just completing a day of building in Toronto and Calgary August 7.
Teams worked on eight homes with Habitat GTA on Pinery Trail in Toronto. SBD employees in Calgary partnered with Habitat Southern Alberta on two home on 36th St. SE in Calgary.
On August 22, two teams of Montreal employees will take part in the Habitat Quebec build on rue Bourassa.
Habitat Build Days have become annual events for Stanley Black & Decker Canada employees, one 
they look forward to as a way to share their skills and time with individuals working towards the goal of affordable homeownership. After the day on the site, the DEWALT and STANLEY tools used in the builds are donated to the local Habitat for Humanity organizations.
