Canadian Home Builders’ Association announces winners of its National Awards for Housing Excellence

Albi Homes, Calgary, received four awards in total and 11 nominations in a highly competitive competition.

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) is pleased to announce the winners for its National Awards for Housing Excellence, presented in partnership with Masco Canada/Delta Faucet and Genworth Canada. Thirty-three CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence were presented at the Association’s 73rd National Conference in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Albi Homes from Calgary received both the Design Excellence Award and the Marketing Excellence Award in a sweep of the two top awards given for cumulative results in the New Home Awards and Marketing Awards categories. Albi received four awards in total and 11 nominations in a highly competitive competition.

Georgian International Development Corp. of Barrie, ON, Sterling Homes (Edmonton) Ltd. and Vicky’s Homes of Edmonton, AB were also winners in two categories. CHBA President Bob Finnigan noted: “All of our award winners and finalists have a lot to be proud of, because they are the best of the best in new homes, home renovations, community development and marketing across Canada.”
