An investigative report by the CBC has exposed a truly incredible record of bad and illegal behaviour by Nova Scotia contractor, Shane Ross. We share it here in hopes it will act as a cautionary tale for anyone contemplating similar actions. While Ross’ side of the story is not reflected here, multiple courts have found him guilty of wrongdoing.
