Of the many information sources on sustainable building in Canada, one of our favourites is Passive House Canada, based in Victoria, BC, and covering this state-of-the-art technology from coast to coast.

Here is a cool photo gallery and description of one of their featured projects at Indian Harbour, Nova Scotia.

If you are a contractor with a Passive House project underway, please let us know in the Comments field below this article. And don’t forget to network with our colleagues at Passive House Canada, too.

Happy to see specific mention of Passive Houses and related organizations. We hope to have up to four such homes underway yet this year.
