“As an architect and Passive House builder and trainer I love talking and teaching about great buildings. But great buildings need strong businesses, and we don’t talk enough about how to do that,” says Cohen. “We assume if you know how to build a good building you know how to build a good business. Unfortunately that isn’t true. The good news is that there are concrete approaches that work that result in better buildings at better prices with better customer satisfaction. I’m excited to be able to share these approaches.”

Passive Buildings Canada is an organization that aims to grow the low-energy-building movement and build a more sustainable, healthy Canada and planet. Our vision is that all Canadian buildings will be durable, energy efficient and comfortable through the use of Passive House principles.

Passive Buildings Canada President Terrell Wong said in media release, “I’m an architect who has focused on sustainable building for years and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to have someone of Adam’s experience and expertise help Canada not just build sustainable buildings but sustainable businesses.”
