Why aren’t more builders getting into prefab housing?

With the next generation of Canadian homeowners – in major urban centres – threatened by the unaffordable prices of land-based homes, prefabricated, lower-cost structures have never been more newsworthy.

Canadian Contractor is interested in hearing from contractors and prefab home manufacturers with new ideas in this type of construction.
