Potential problem: The 40-watt halogen bulbs shipped with the product can overheat existing electrical supply wiring, particularly in older homes.

Sold: Approximately 28,000 recalled units were sold at Canadian Lowes and lighting specialty shops between March 2015 and July 2016.
