Model affected: Powerfist 11-ft. drywall hoist with UPC 8690703

Potential problem: A weld on the hoist may fail, causing it and any materials on it to fall. One such incident has been reported so far.

Sold: About 6,600 units were sold between Feb. 21, 2017 and Nov. 22, 2018.
