Our poster J. Mollohan says he is glad he no longer has to supervise 8 employees. Working alone, he says he is constantly busy, makes a good living, and never has to advertise.

Here is an inspiring post from a contractor, J. Mollohan, who says he has gone down from 8 employees to working solo, on a T&M basis, and he’s never felt better about it…
“I was a contractor with up to 8 employees for 25 years. I got frustrated with the bureaucracy and took 8 years off. I have now been a renovator on my own for 10 years. I only work T & M and finally know I am making a good living. Nothing is hidden from the start – including markups. And no advertising – just returning customers! It can work. Be honest!
