Will they get their licenses back? If so who will pay for their carries damage? I lost over 3 million because the incompetence of ex premier (Mac Guilty ) Can we all electricians in Ontario sue him now for damages?

Are those electricians under this new apparatus be free to sign their own work? We were not treated equal under the Canadian law. As we were part of the trades. Mechanics sign their work, gas feeders sign their works, maybe plumbers to, not sure on that. why cant we sign our works? why do we need electrical inspectors to inspected our wallets ? ESA is separated from college of trades as is TSSA that comes and inspects gas piping and appliance installation. Business licenses are separate from your trade license in your pocket and yes TSSA charges heavily for running a gas fitting company separately.
These grabs agencies are in my view all illegal under the Canadian charter of rights a freedoms. This is the Canadian law of the land and surpass any laws, with restrict anyone in any form to operate carrier of choice. Under the pass Ontario Liberals, they slowly erode the rights of the trades people. And for those have read back then, what I was saying, these liberals will never stop until they turn the whole Canada into a waste land controlled communist country. Glad what is happening now in Ottawa and elsewhere. All these liberals and others infiltrated other parties, all their deeds are been uncovered for all to see. It will be a jaw dropping when the truth comes to light.
Doug ford apparently rectified the legislative bill I believe in 2018 called c216, this bill protects them from political mistakes and not be liable for. But the previous ones in power maybe can be personality sued. So, all electricians out there end up losing their business bc they decide the be in lawfull matter should start a class action suite against the mac guinty and all his cabinet. I am in for it.
