What IS this mold-preventing product that Mike Holmes used?

Anyone know the answer to this one?

In the Mike Holmes episode that aired on 7/31/18, Mike used a product to cover the cement blocks in the basement to prevent mold. I believe it used some form of silicone, rubber or flexible material that was an all-in-one product to paint basement blocks to prevent mold.

What is the product and can I get it in the US or online?
