It’s a bit like asking “How long is a piece of string” but homeowners are often asking us about the Return on Investment (ROI) from various renovation projects.
Basement renovations are clearly one of the better ROI possibilities your clients can benefit from. We wrote about that in January, referring to a report from the online contractor referral service TrustedPros. According to TrustedPros, Canadian average spending on basement renos was some $17,500.

“Great article. A well finished basement can get you over 75% ROI. But I would agree that a conservative estimate would be 50%.”
