Jim Baker, Senior Codes Administrator, BC Building and Safety Standards will provide a presentation on new proposed changes in the National Building Code. The public review started Feb 27 ending April 29. Some of the changes include:

• Passive Vertical Radon Stack
• Vapour Barrier Materials
• Prescriptive Path for Tier 5 Energy Efficiency
• Continuity of Insulation
