Work Smart: That’s using your noodle

Manon Prince of Manon Prince Interiors in Ottawa, Ont. used a dollar-store item to protect a customer’s valuable counter.

Our client was worried about us damaging her beautiful quartz countertops during a renovation. We came up with this inexpensive and simple idea to protect the edges: pool noodles! Add some tarps on top and it’s protected.
