Free: a ‘sales process’ document to help you get more work

Recently we published an article on this website (and it’s appearing in the print edition of Canadian Contractor that you should receive right after New Year’s) on Selling Your Business.  It was such a successful article that comments are still coming in. The Sales Process document contains the steps that every sales opportunity should cover should you want the best opportunity for closing new business.  Sure, you can skip a step here and there but, overall, if you want to increase your conversion ratio, then these steps are a must.

Most renovators focus too much on the process of construction during their sales calls when really the homeowner is more interested in which contractor will be the best for completing their renovation project.
