And there’s the rub – who can keep track of all the changing information and requirements, or even the benefits themselves? Nicole and Vince manage IKO’s popular ROOFPRO program and have some solid tips to help you get the most from your loyalty programs, including the questions you want to ask providers and the ways you can use ROOFPRO and programs like it to build your business and drive your marketing.

 

Nicole Gray
Nicole Gray has worked for IKO as the Loyalty Program Manager since 2017, and most recently has lead the company through the launch of the new IKO ROOFPRO Contractor Loyalty Program. Nicole’s mission is to be an advocate for contractor members and provide them with the tools and resources they need to build their businesses. Prior to IKO, she worked in a marketing communications role at Ply Gem, an exterior building products company. She resides in Gardner, Kansas, with her husband and three boys.

 

Vince Carrier, Special Projects Manager – Canada
Vince has been in the building supply industry for over 24 years, the last 12 years have been with IKO. Vince began with IKO as a Territory Sales Representative for three years prior to moving into a Regional Manager role, and has spent the last year and a half as Special Projects Manager for Canada. His first experience in the building supply industry was with glass fabricator, Oldcastle Glass where he spent over 11 years.
