Do it without hesitation
Just over a month ago, we published an article about the top 10 ROI projects you can do for your customers, according to Homestars.
Mark Bernier recently offered the following comment in response:
“The five listed come under ‘routine maintenance’ in my book and all need to be done without hesitation before listing anything. All of these are instant ‘low ball this one because the vendor doesn’t care for the property.'”
He raised a good point. What do you say, Contractor Nation? Do you have your own sense for what types of projects your clients will get the best return on?
