Potential problem: The recall notice reads, “Children’s limbs can be entrapped in the side openings, posing a drowning hazard.” There have been two reports of limb entrapment.

Sold: Approximately 2,100 were sold in Canada (and 100,000 in the U.S.) between January 2013 and July 2018.
