Covid-19: Long lineups

Here’s another Covid-19 update from one of our readers, Lorne Hoffman, who runs Class A Installations in North Saanich, B.C.

We’re thankful most suppliers are open but social distancing can mean long lineups. My business partner (AKA, wife Janice) ordered many products for our major home renovation in advance and stored them until needed. We take advantage of supplier phone order/delivery services to reduce trips to stores. When tradesmen are on site, we try to minimize talk time by having their scope of work planed out. Financial market losses in retirement and savings has a huge impact.

Many local businesses are contributing to food banks and non-profits and we have seen the good in people brought out. Premier Horgan is working hard to help people and businesses.
